Uken has no customer support

Game itself is not bad but uken as a company is horrible. Cheaters and hackers prevail as long as they have spent enough cash uken does nothing about it. I was being harassed by a player using profane and abusive language, which is a violation of their terms of service. When I complained they did nothing. When I complained more, they permanantly muted me.most of the time when you send in a support ticket they reply with a generic statement then you never hear back from them again. Dont think that spending 20 to 30 dollars will help you either. The players that they allow to cheat have spent thousands on this game so small purchases are basically stolen from you since they dont help further your progress in the game at all. I cant believe that even half of the things uken does are even legal and apple should be ashamed of themselves for promoting such a discriminatory company by continuing to carry their products.
